Astro-Knights Island is full of great Halloween Costumes, and one of the better ones are the purple cultist costumes that you can get when you visit the secret cult headquarters underneath the fountain (also known as the Secret Sanctum). You access it by pressing the special combination of symbols on the fountain and then going down underneath. You’ll find five members of the cult downstairs and they’re all standing around a statue of Mordred and wearing cool purple robes with hoods and star necklaces.

The costume itself includes a robe with hood, pants, a cord belt to hold it in place, and a special star necklace. You can further accessorize the costume with special effects like a purple electrify glow and the UFO follower for added impact.
This year, why not celebrate Halloween in Poptropica by dressing up as everyone’s favorite dark wizard, Mr. He Who Must Not Be Named himself, Lord Voldemort. There are a few ways to put this costume together by visiting different parts of the island and using the Costumize Feature. To get the wand, you’ll need to have the Magician outfit from the Poptropica Store. Here is one way to get this costume.
- Visit the B.A.D. Bistro on Spy Island and costumize the bald head from one of the B.A.D. villains inside the restaurant. You’ll want to do this on a boy character, otherwise Lord Voldemort will have eyelashes. And let’s face it, that’s just not the Dark Lord’s style.

- Either use the colorize power card from the store or visit the pigments vendor in Early Poptropica and change your skin color to light green or white to get Voldemort’s slightly pasty look.
- Next, costumize the robe and cape from the Grim Reaper in the Ghoul’s Gala party at the end of the Haunted House mini-quest. You’ll need to complete the quest first, but if you haven’t yet, don’t worry: it’s easy and here’s the Haunted House Guide.
- Get the wand from the Magician (Poptropica Store).
- Costumize the mouth from the Pirate Captain (Poptropica Store) or find another Poptropican in the world with that expression. Skullduggery Island is a good place to look.
- For an added touch, use the Electrify! power to give Voldemort a nice glow.
And now you are Lord Voldemort in Poptropica. Time for a little Avada Kedavra, don’t you think?
