Time Tangled Island Walkthrough

Overview

Time Tangled Island (originally called Time Twisted Island) is a Poptropica adventure where you travel through different time periods to fix history and save mankind's future. Items have been misplaced throughout time, and you must return them to their correct periods!

Getting Started

The Arrival

1. Land on the beach of Time Tangled Island 2. Walk right past the Party Time Tower building 3. Find a crying woman outside Pendulum's Lab 4. Enter the lab and talk to her inside 5. Receive your mission - a printout explaining the problem 6. Power up the Future Machine: - Push the plug all the way to the outlet - This activates the time machine

The Future (2030 AD)

1. Enter the Future Machine (the blue portal) 2. Meet your future self - 50 years older! 3. Receive the Time Device - a golden watch for time travel 4. Read the dystopian sign: "It wasn't supposed to be this way! Something happened in the past that ruined mankind's future." 5. Your mission: Fix the timeline!

Detailed Walkthrough by Time Period

Ancient Greece (328 BC)

Get the Golden Vase: 1. Jump to the roof of the first building 2. Find the Golden Vase on the roof 3. This belongs back in Ancient Greece's temple

Vikings (831 AD)

Navigate the Cave: 1. Enter the cave (bring the torch from the Greeks) 2. Jump carefully through platforms 3. Find the Golden Vase deep inside 4. Return outside

Give Thor's Amulet:

  • Return the amulet to the Viking Captain
  • Receive Viking Suit as reward

Mali Empire (1387 AD)

Reach the Timbuktu Inn: 1. Navigate through the desert 2. Avoid falling rocks 3. Trade Salt Rocks to the trader 4. Continue to find puzzle pieces

Da Vinci's Workshop (1516 AD)

Help Leonardo: 1. Return his Notebook 2. Receive the Glider as a reward 3. Use the glider to reach high places

Aztec Pyramid: 1. Get the Warrior's Mask from the old warrior 2. Wear it to enter the temple 3. Navigate the temple platforms 4. Find the Sun Stone Piece 5. Return it to the Aztec King

Great Wall of China (1593 AD)

Construction Site: 1. Navigate past the construction area 2. Use gunpowder to clear blocked paths 3. Find the Stone Bowl 4. Return to the Chinese Official

Thomas Jefferson: 1. Find the Declaration Draft 2. Return it to Thomas Jefferson 3. Help complete the puzzle
