Pottermore Walkthrough – The Boy Who Lived

Here is the walkthrough for Chapter 1 of Book 1 in Pottermore, The Philosopher’s Stone. The title of this chapter is The Boy Who Lived. There are three moments to complete in this chapter.

Moment One – Number Four, Privet Drive

1. You begin Moment One standing in front of a sign that says, Privet Drive. Hey, that’s where Harry Potter lives. 🙂
2. To get started, click on the sign and collect the Number 4, Privet Drive item.

Moment Two – Something Peculiar is Happening

1. Click on the street lamp to collect the Measurements book, which discusses the differences between Muggle and Magic weights and measurements. Don’t worry, it’s not nearly as boring as it sounds.
2. You can also click on the Put-Outer to turn all the street lamps on and off. Just like Albus Dumbledore. This is of course a favorite pastime of mighty and powerful wizards.

Moment Three – Harry is Delivered

1. This is more or less one of those sit back and watch moments. There’s not really much to do here except follow along with the story.
