To celebrate the announcement of the upcoming Poptropica Mythology Island, the creators made a new item in the Poptropica Store. It’s the lightning staff and it looks really cool. When you hold it, it has a faint glow with sparkles that animate around it. Press the spacebar to activate it and the screen will go dark as thunderclouds move overhead. Then, you will see several lightning strikes come down to the ground around you!
This is definitely one of the coolest items to come out in Poptropica in a while.
The new lightning staff is available in the Poptropica Store for 75250 credits. Paid members can get it for free while their membership is active.

They said the Lightning Staff was 75 credits when in the store its 250 credits.

i had it is not fare when its membership beacause other islands were free acept for reality tv island was loading faster.i dont get it. i used the staff costumized as the minotaur and wearing hades’s crown and i got bigger when i hit space!!

@j, the reason you got bigger, was because you were wearing Hades’ crown. the crown makes you bigger, just like the trident makes you have something like a force field around you, i think it might be for breathing underwater.
@fred no i just finish trying what you said and i still had a limited amount of air so that means that the force field must be just decorative
