In the meantime, we’ll continue our spotlight on some of the Gods and creatures from Greek mythology that you’ll find during your quest on Poptropica Mythology Island.
The Minotaur
The Minotaur is one of the most famous beats in all of Greek Mythology. The Minotaur was a creature with the head of a bull on the body of a man and he lived deep inside a giant Labyrinth, or maze, on the island of Crete. He was the offspring of another creature known as the Cretan Bull and of Pasiphaë, the wife of King Minos of Crete. When the Minotaur grew up to be dangerous, King Minos had him placed inside a giant labyrinth constructed by the famous architect Daedalus.
The Minotaur lived there, devouring prisoners sent into the labyrinth until the Athenian hero Theseus killed him with the sword of Aegeus. Theseus was helped in his quest by Ariadne, the daughter of King Minos. She gave him a ball of thread that allowed him to retrace his steps through the giant maze.
In Poptropica, you’ll encounter the Minotaur in the early part of your quest. On Mythology Island, he’s guarding the outside of a maze, and you don’t need to kill him (and he doesn’t try to eat you). Instead, he offers to give you the ring from his nose if you can find your way out of his maze. The ring is one of the five objects you need to complete your mission from Zeus. When you enter the maze, you’ll get the magic thread from Athena, which just like Theseus, will allow you to retrace your steps if you get lost.

When you meet the Minotaur, the only food acceptable to dress up as would probably have to be tofu.

In the story,after the minotaur was killed, Theseus married the princess and moved to Athens(that part i only heard)

To get to the minotaur play the notes on the door. To read the bones, think of the riddle, if you take the right six bones the remaining ones will spell out ten. Easy way to beat the snake, right click the second it pops up.

TO COMEPLETE THE RED EYED SNAKE PUZZLE USE THIS SIMPLE CHEAT
WHEN YOU SEE THE RED EYED SNAKE RIGHT CLICK AND IT WILL PAUSE! YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO MOVE YOUR CRUSOR ONTO THE RED SNAKE’S HEAD AND THEN YOU CAN CLICK ON HER.
AND THE BONE PUZZLE IN THE LABYRINTH IS SO EASY!!!
YOU JUST IGNORE THE PART WHERE IT SAYS ”FIFTEEN BONES OF ANCIENT MEN” BC THAT DOESNT MATTER. IN FACT FORGET ABOUT NUMBERS. YOU ONLY NEED TO SPELL THE WORD TEN
