Also when buying and selling, double your amount and then sell it all!
Ex:
Bouffant Bay: If you have 36 medicine then buy 36 more medicine
Parrot Port: Sell all 72 medicine.

I would always sell medicine to Parrot Port, because it was 30-45 for one… when I get the 3rd best ship, I was selling 2700 medicine to the place, and I bought the medicine at Bouffant Bay.
