Hi, welcome to the Poptropica Secret's Forum! Thanks for asking, but unfortunately only charter members and moderators have access to costum avatars right now. We've kinda been waiting for Fierce Moon to approve it for all members, but it's still up in the air, so for now I guess you'll have to settle with a preset avatar. Good question though, and I'll be happy to answer any others you may have.

Oh ok. So you see in the top right hand corner it says: Welcome, Scary Fang|Notifications|My Profile|Settings|Log Out
Well click settings and on the left you'll see lots of different things. Scroll down and once you see avatar click on it. There you can choose a range of avatars either to do w/ Poptropica or Animals. Only Charter members get their own avatar.
