There are three new avatars to choose from. You need to have 10 posts to use them. They are:

Harry Potter
Hermione Granger
Ron Weasley

You'll find them in the Poptropica Avatars collection. To change your avatar, click on the Settings Link in the upper-right corner of the screen.

I believe it's an admin capability only. But I'm thinking about making it so that anyone can upload their own avatars. As someone else pointed out, since we let people upload their own signatures, we might as well allow avatars too.
