Astro-Knights Island is full of great Halloween Costumes, and one of the better ones are the purple cultist costumes that you can get when you visit the secret cult headquarters underneath the fountain (also known as the Secret Sanctum). You access it by pressing the special combination of symbols on the fountain and then going down underneath. You’ll find five members of the cult downstairs and they’re all standing around a statue of Mordred and wearing cool purple robes with hoods and star necklaces.
The costume itself includes a robe with hood, pants, a cord belt to hold it in place, and a special star necklace. You can further accessorize the costume with special effects like a purple electrify glow and the UFO follower for added impact.

to make him, you need the hypnotic costume’s hair,or vampire’s male hair,a black shirt(preferably one that shows the neck)black pants(preferably one with a chain)and zombie eye glaze
there is no female alternative because ryuk is a guy,stand buy for a shingami costume for girls

Costumes needed:
Zombify
Rock Singer or Biker
Lawman or Outlaw
To complete it, go find Mr. Hyde in the Haunted House miniquest
First, costumize the hair and shirt of the Rock Singer or the Biker. Than, costumize the gun of the Lawman or Outlaw (preferably Lawman). Than, go to the Haunted House and get the bags and scar under Mr. Hyde’s eyes. To finish it off, costumize the eyes from the Zombify costume. To add to the costume, put an ammunition belt from Wild West Island on your Poptropican. Now you look like a survivor of the zombie apocalypse (although, the bags and the eyes make your character look like they are going to turn into a zombie!)

RE-U-ZA-KI,death note is about a high school boy who find’s a shinigami’s(god of death) notebook,the note book can kill any human whos name is written in it,this high school kid, named light yagami,(light is written with the character for moon,it’s a Japanese anime)takes it upon himself to kill all the criminals in the world and rid the world of evil,however the worlds greatest detective,L or ryuzaki(not going to tell real name,but I do know it,this is where my name comes from,I am a decent detective myself) is going to try and stop him,he is 5% sure kira is light yagami(when he says 5% he means over 90%) the people of japan name him kira,because no one knows for sure who kira is
